Brutal governments don’t represent me
Their callous wars and conflicts exasperate me honestly,
I can’t be doing with with propaganda and their lies
Their corruption and arms dealings cost peoples lives,
Lining their own pockets while keeping us poor,
Not enough money to feed those poor
But always enough money to fight another war,
Look real closely examine the cause
Governments sponsor terrorism to keep the arms deals going on some more,
The only ones that suffer are the innocent
At the hands on brutal fanatics and the zealots,
There is fuck all religious in religious wars
Do you think that’s what religion was created for,
Speak out and speak loud but expect to get ignored
They will even punish you with some kind of archaic law,
Speak out against government and they’ll come down on you
They don’t want anyone speaking or exposing the truths,
It’s all about power and greed and so they say fuck you,
They want you to do as they say not as they do.
