If we inflict harm on others, we become the inflicted, that’s how it is, how it must be. If we instill love on others, we become loved, that’s how it is, how it must be.

Consciousness, is awareness of self and how we should care for ourselves and others. It opens us up the questioning everything and opens up our minds to new experiences and to explore new things.

So when people comment or judge you, don’t take it personally because they don’t know you and whoever they are talking about is not you and could be a self reflection on how they feel about themselves. So don’t dignify the by feeling offended.

Negative comments come from negative minds, that hope to trigger and gain engagement, the way to negate this is not to feed them. To leave them in the world of loathing and cold hearted loneliness. One day they may find light and positivity but don’t hold your breath.

What is love, it is not fear, it is light, peace, freedom and the ability to love all that are deserving or willing and open to it. In this way our consciousness and soul will transition into death when we die in contentment and harmony.
