Take time and still the mind and only breathe, do nothing more but feel the frequency that occurs between each breath. In that moment real consciousness occurs, a break from the illusory daily curse, soak it up and drink it in, before the next breath starts again.

If we inflict harm on others, we become the inflicted, that’s how it is, how it must be. If we instill love on others, we become loved, that’s how it is, how it must be.

Consciousness, is awareness of self and how we should care for ourselves and others. It opens us up the questioning everything and opens up our minds to new experiences and to explore new things.

So when people comment or judge you, don’t take it personally because they don’t know you and whoever they are talking about is not you and could be a self reflection on how they feel about themselves. So don’t dignify the by feeling offended.

History as I studied it showed that the Nazis killed millions of women and kids in the camp, Israel is killing hundreds of thousands of women and kids in the Gaza concentration camp. Zionist and Nazis are one, which is why Germany is supporting Israel.
