Don’t lose faith


In moments of stress and worry

We lose belief in that which can best see us through,

We lose belief in ourselves,

We lose belief in our spirituality,

And as a consequence, we allow fear and self loathing to take over,

We think ourselves unworthy and slip into depression,

And as such, slip into a regression of our mental health state,

This is a dire and negative place

Which is why we must avoid this loss of all that is great,

And retain positive nature

And retain the self love and spiritual faith,

And live a life of peace and grace,

Don’t succumb to the demons grip

instead reside in angelic bliss.
