In my ship I sail
To new horizons,
Floating outwards
To new worlds,
The sky is dark
The stars and moon,
They shine bright
I hear the voices
Of singing tonight,
As I drift on calm waters
Then a flaming arrow,
Arches across the sky
Like a shooting star,
It hits its mark
And lights up my ship,
And in its fiery glory
I head off to Valhalla,
To realms of Jotunheim
The land of giants,
To share mead
With Odin and Thor,
No more beautiful
Crossing over of world’s,
Could anyone wish for
As I sail towards my destiny,
In my ship of eternal peace.
