Some lack the wit and wisdom

To lead in all truth,

Some lack the man management skills

To really see the job through,

Some lead with so much ego

They can’t listen to others views

It’s as if they are scared it will seem weak

But it says more about them in truth

There are those who get off on power

Because we all know what’s true

Outside of the workplace environment

Nobody listens or pays attention to you

I would say you have my pity

I would say I understand

But the truth is I’d be lying

I find your manner kind of rude

How you choose to speak to people

Is unacceptable and is blatantly crude

It diminishes you in peoples vision

All it does is reduce you in my view

I feel sorry for all those who fall under

Your remit with regards to who you rule

I have to admit one thing and that is true

I’ve no respect or liking for you.
