Who decides life? I am not a pro lifer as such and as someone who had to suffer a still born loss I am certainly not a pro abortionist. So where is the line to be drawn but more so who decides what’s right. Women of course have the right to decide about being pregnant but what in those cases where they are reckless with contraception. In cases of rape and abuse of course all options should be open. Also in the case of malformations of the baby before birth. But having a termination because of reckless or lazy use of contraception should be more closely thought about in my opinion. Abortions are to easy to get these days in my experience, though I am sure for many women who have them do so with a heavy heart and much soul searching. I refuse to make judgement over the issues but I do feel annoyed when I hear of these abortions through reckless contraception or because their circumstances changed and some cases it’s about hurting the father for numerous reasons. Anyone who has suffered a still born I am sure will relate to what I am saying. On a spiritual level it comes down to love kindness and compassion and to be spiritual would be to reject abortion accept in exceptional circumstances. As I said, I offer no judgement but would ask both men and women to use the uttermost care when engaging in sex to avoid these painful decisions from having to be made. Abortions can be reduced massively if people start taking responsibility for their actions.

It’s not just abortions people should be taking more responsibilty for. It’s such a sensitive and grey topic.

Whose responsible and who will suffer should be taken into consideration for sure. BUT I can’t really go there… I’m not a genetic female, perhaps I should have no o p opinions sometimes…

All entitled to an opinion but it is a difficult subject that should be looked at with sensitivity.
