Is the mind still,
or is it full of chatter,
are your thoughts calm,
or are they chaotic matter,
have you got some head space,
or is it overwhelmed,
have you got some head space,
or have you always felt
that you are sinking and drowning
in a sea of thoughts,
going down going under
because you are so caught,
caught up in the illusory.
You need to create some head space,
you need to find some calm,
you need to meditate,
silence the storm.
You need to get some head space,
create some peace of mind,
you need to find some head space,
you need to calm yourself some time.
And mindfulness will take you there,
reduce your stress ,
reduce you cares,
into what really matters,
and will silence all the chatter.
So create yourself some head space,
find that calm and happy place,
get yourself some head space,
the good news is it’s never to late
to get some head space.
