We are not perfect,
we are flawed
but as long as we
are pure of heart
and intention,
as long as we share compassion,
share love,
engage in the pursuit of peace,
both within and external,
as long as we are kind
and thoughtful,
as well as understanding
and tolerant of others
needs, beliefs and lifestyles,
then my friends
whilst we may not be perfect,
we will be as good a human being
as anyone can expect us to be.
Live with an open heart
and share the light of love.
