I work so hard

To be so less mercurial,

In the same way

I try to be so much less material,

Which is hard in world

So much more driven by money and status,

In this brutal society in which we live

I feel I need to take a brief hiatus,

And return back to the core of my beliefs

Of acting kind and acting compassionately,

Because this means life feels more real and right to me

And is rooted in the karmic realms of positivity.
