It’s beyond any debate

That is our environmental state,

Is caused by greed based capitalist ways

And it’s not too far out of reach,

For most intelligent people to see

That raping the world of its resources,

Through careless exploitation

Of which there is no acceptable mitigation,

Ploughing on with dirty fuels is inexcusable

It’s irrefutable to me and I can’t see how you can’t believe

Because when you open your mind and your eyes you see,

The rampant aggressive nature of greed

By which corporations dredge and drill all the fish and oil from the seas,

And how they desire to fucking frack

Without care for how our earth cracks,

Polluting the water table while giving very little back

But in the end it’s the truth we lack,

From those who put us on this track

The capitalist will never admit to this

So we must find another way and give them the sack.
