I got nothing to show for life
Like a mortgage and wealth but inspire,
Of being viewed by many as having nothing
I am at peace with myself and that’s the truth,
I have love and I feel whole and I feel I have a big soul
That comes from caring and sharing and digging myself out of the hole,
Of a life rooted in suffering and of hate envy and greed
I don’t find myself craving things I really don’t need.
