Climate denialists are trying to poison children’s minds

Trying to tell them that in their hands the future is sublime,

But children pay the ignorant people no never mind

Because they are blinkered and far to blind,

To embrace real science trying to protect mankind

Unlike the science that wants to protect the corporation’s defined,

By obscene wealth and destruction of our environment

Ecological vandals resource stripping our earth regardless of cost,

Polluting our air, our land, our seas

Killing off each and every day another important species,

All in the name of profiteering and greed

And fuck those struggling in poverty and need,

These are the ones abusing and putting our kids at risk

These are the worst kind of people there doing it,

Malevolent, brutal, hateful and uncaring

Within there being, there’s no room for sharing,

Their lies are vulgar, wrong and wearing

But we won’t stand down and we will not back down,

This world is at peril from corporations who are daring

To see how far they can strip this planet of its resources,

They are the ignorant ones with the pitchforks and torches,

Defending the monsters that cut down our rainforests

Bespoil our oceans with their micro plastics and shit,

We will not let you win, our kids deserve better than this

We will use our intelligence as well as our wit,

We will stop you from ripping our world into bits

We will succeed and bring about a new paradigm shift,

Where power will no longer exist

Within the hands of those who rape this earth and who will destroy it.
