Hello my friend – I have found there are plenty of times in need to shut up – but it’s not for “them” it’s for me 🙏❤️ to replenish- to get more clarity – to go within and be guided how I should proceed. I especially need this quiet time when I find myself frustrated and irritated – I know it’s time to chill and regroup and come out stronger and more loving and helpful 🙏❤️❤️❤️
