The spiritual in me

Understands the hurt in others,

And feels their pain and suffering

And the spiritual in me,

Yearns to help heal those wounded by life

I hope the spiritual in others,

Takes the same form and needs to help

I hope like me they are open to those,

Looking for sanctuary and guidance

And with only our kindness and caring,

To steer us in the right direction

And our willingness and unconditional love,

We can make a difference that really counts

And that, of those we heal, they too will be inspired,

To use the power of the spiritual in them.
