Why are we so gullible and accept what we’re told
Why do we so easily buy the lies we are sold,
We know that the media and governments lie to us
Like the multi-national corporations who we cannot trust,
They treat us as dense and as sheep that just follow
They did it in the past and the present and will do it tomorrow,
Unless we stand up to it and say we’ll take it no more
All these institutions are all rotten and corrupt to the core,
But unless people speak up then nothing will change
But I will say now that it won’t be in my name,
For I do ask questions and I seek the missing links
I have decided I won’t follow, I choose to think,
And study and research to find the facts and the truth
And I plead and encourage you to do the same thing too.
