The declining environment,
What are we doing
We are rooted in silence,
Why is it not important
Why can we not see,
The damage being done
To land,sky, and sea,
Why are we taking it for granted
We should be doing far more,
There’s a battle to save what’s precious
Something we should all adore,
The wonder that we’ve been blessed with
That is central to our existence,
That we’ve failed to fully grasp before.
