Our negligence and actions

Are now catching up with us

Climate change is happening 

In this you can trust

It’s pushing our world closer to the edge

Of human extinction

Only when as a species we are gone

Will this earth be able to breathe again. 

We Polluted it to the point where we have destroyed the ozone layer

Seems that though given paradise

We are the as a race planetary slayers

And governments say they will do more

But blatantly do not

They care for nothing except power and profit

And will let this planet rot.

Our only hope is to get out there and take some direct action

Take to the streets and show them that we are the conscious fraction

And take down the establishments that lead this world to ruin

For the good of all humanity and this planet it’s worth doing

We have to find another way to live on this, our earth

We have to find another way to coexist and nurture her

For Mother Earth provides with a paradise in which to live

So is it not about time we stopped exploiting it.
