I wish that I was that I was erudite

But I know that I am not

I am just a simple person trying to live in love

Hoping that this is enough to see me through OK

Hoping that we all see brighter and happier days

I live open to learning and trying to understand 

The reasons for all things in life

What exactly is the plan.

And the one thing I have learnt the most is inner peace love

And that the answers are all within

And don’t come down from up above.

For we are part of all creation

Part of divine light

And that just being and existing is a miraculous delight.

So erudite I maybe not

I have learnt thus much is true 

And that wise men know, they know nothing

And those who think they do are fools.
