We are the voice

The forgotten people,

Forced to kneel at your false alters,

Made to worship

Your false gods,

Called materialism and greed.

We are the ones made subservient 

By your oligarchy ways,

But your laws and regulations 

Forced to work for a low.wage.

Disenfranchised by our plight

Preparing to begin a fight

As we see those in ivory towers

Sipping champagne and laughing at us.

Time for waking up to this life,

Time to start effecting change,

Start to fight for what is right

Like an equal fair and living wage.

For in this world of economics

As we witness it today

There are those that have too much

Then there are those who have nothing at all.

We need an equal playing field

We need to fight for equality,

We need to share and not be greedy,

But learn to take only what we need.
