Are those that aid humanity,
Actions of distinction
Are those that help the world.
Distinction is not something sought
It’s an action acted out
And act of pure selflessness
Where notoriety is not the desire
But simply where people see that help is badly required.
Distinction is an act of love
And act light and compassion,
That aids all those in need of help
And where given it is outstanding.
An act of distinction is where a difference is made
And carried about by those who care
And it’s not about ego or being brave.
An act of distinction comes straight from the heart
Is is an act of consciousness to protect things from harm,
An act of distinction is where you reach out from the crowd
And do what you know to be right.
