Gender equality and women’s rights are not just that, a right but should also be seen as an entitlement. For as spiritual souls that come from the one source as energy the only difference between gender colour or beliefs is one of mind and perceptions. We are all equal in every way.

The point is that rights and equality are antithetical. If one has a right (let’s say to own $10) then it matters not whether ten people come together to vote the $10 be divided among them. The right outweighs democracy. It may not seem fair to the one that sees only the $10, but it may seem imminently just to the man who took his 50 cents and by deft management, lost nights, skinned knuckles and bruised ego, earned it. The $10 is not a thing so much as a history of its creation.
My experiences of the last fifty years working is that bosses come in several flavors distributed evenly among the genders, races, and creeds.
Rights have been distributed evenly. Where this has not occurred, correction is on the way. I do not see great injustice in the distribution of rights happening here to the “historically” disadvantaged.
What I do see is people imputing a violation in rights when what they are seeing is differences of possessions, even granting that possessions are rather more desirable in the feeding and clothing of children than any right imaginable.
None of us should expect equality of a commercial product such as my labor. My labor is negotiated with me on a daily basis. Sometimes I make more and sometimes less. I use my own judgment to agree to the rate or not. If another gets more, more power to them. If less, perhaps one or the other valued the labor not as highly as mine. For me to demand more of someone’s property than I agreed to would be theft. -
We both women and men have the same birthrights. We are coming into this world in the same way and want to experience the life our souls have chosen it. We are here to choose either fear that society teaches us in every single way or love the only way our souls know. So, yes, “We are all equal in every way.”

A right versus and entitlement. It cannot be both.
The law is obvious and has been unchanged in this country for generations as to equality.
An entitlement is a privilege provided one group and withheld from another.
Are you seriously suggesting that?
Slavery entitles a master to a minions labor. What does one gender demand of the other?-
OK I take your point and stand corrected. Gender equality should not be an issue in a civilised world. People have right to be equal. It was right versus entitlement is was meant as they have a right to be entitled to equality. But if ones compromises the other than I stand corrected. Point still stands though we are all equal in every way. Division and inequality is imposed by those who benefit from it. That has predominantly been men.
