In time and space
Across a wide expansive lake,
Hoping that the ice won’t break
As if their very hearts at stake,
Could melt it all beneath their feet
Then plunge down in the cold water deep,
And drown together like entwined souls
Beneath the frozen ice and snow.
Two lovers frozen in love immortal
A serenade of divinity foretold
Two twin flames living in these frozen times
Connected by their conscious minds.
