Thick fog surrounded the trees creating a preternatural feeling, as the forest floor became hardened under the white covering of frost and the sub zero freezing temperatures. Visibility low and breathing is hard as plumes of steam from the respiration of humans and creatures alike who trod through this primordial scene. At this time many creatures hibernate, while others scurry scavenging for the meager food to get them through this frozen winter. This is nature in all its wonder and beauty as I take a stroll through this winter wonderland of creation.
