As I opened my arms, I opened my heart and as I did all of creation walked in and filled me with unconditional joy and love because being open to life, although it exposes you to being vulnerable it also gives you strength. Open yourself up and allow all the wonders of life and creation enter your being, realise that you are amazing and that nothing can hurt you. The majority of our suffering is self inflicted, when we let unconditional love in we heal, when we let in unconditional love the suffering ends. I opened my arms and it opened my heart and creation along with unconditional love walked in.
