Wisdom comes with a still mind
mindfully we are so sublime,
in divinity suspended in time
chanting out a mantra rhyme.
Focus brings about a balanced life
helps define the wrongs and rights,
brings light unto the darkest nights
makes all our fears take to flight.
Insight gives authenticity
enables us to look within and see,
helps us to be able to better breath
and release ourselves to become free.
Love gives us the power to grow
to unconditionally show a care for all,
and benevolent grace in each moment, time and place
from which we can dwell in a luminescent state.
If we practiced this each day
then maybe we could make that change,
transform this world in which we live
to a place of love, peace and bliss.
