We ride the carousel of life
just going around,
not paying attention to the details
I know it sounds profound
but what is the point of riding it
if you don’t enjoy the ride
and understand what motivates
this feeling that is inside.
The detail are the features
and the landscape that surrounds,
the interaction with the others
that also share the ride with you,
to achieve some kinship
and to share a little love,
to learn to tolerate
and show compassion,
for those who do not have enough.
The carousel of life
is a learning ride of knowledge,
for those who understand the truth
and do not need this proving,
the carousel is a ride
of happiness and peace
if you learn to ride it right
you can achieve anything.
