Prudent is knowing

When to stop

So you don’t get to close to drop,

Over the edge  of the abyss.

But humanity lacks this prudence,

Lacks the foresight to see what’s 

Ahead of us,

One big drop

And that the end of us,

One main extinction event,

Caused by war,

Ignorance

And climate warnin.

Being prudent is understanding truth

And heeding it in the weight of proof,

Or common sense,

Something of which we must all depends.
