Teetering on the edge of war they say
Is this what we saw as change
So busy looking for a paradigm shift
We forgot to analyse it
And allowed a fascistic narcissist
Become able to access power
A self obsessed white supremacist puppet
Put us all at risk.
Though to be fair the rest of the leaders
Of this And time follow him closely
Just a few steps behind.
Be careful what you wish for
Because not all change is good
There seem no good men ready and waiting
In the wings to save us
In a true spiritual awakening.
But this is what the world needs now
A person speaking about love and peace
One who is able to help the world
Take a step back from the brink.
