We drip colours

like an artists easel,

we are shade and hues

like abstract paintings

exposing issues,

of a complex mix of duality

based around

darkness and light,

sometimes exulted,

sometimes contrite,

a composition often based

in the conceptual stance

of fight or flight,

often cowered in fear

hiding in shadows

of the night,

but sometimes brave

and standing strong

basking in the light.

a true masterpiece,

a confusion of love and hate

and chaos as well as peace.
