Configured to life’s inability
To feel unconditional love
Is humanities greatest travesty,
It’s reluctance to show compassion for all
And tolerance will lead to the fall
Of us as beings of spiritual light
And see us portrayed as a universal blight,
That came, saw and exploited for gain
A maniacle race led by the insane,
That despite being gifted with creativity
Decided to fight wars, Fight for power and strive for greed,
When we could have been the most beautiful of flowers ever seen
But instead became just an invasive weed,
The killed the environment and poisoned the bees
And who would have known actions like these,
Would bring humanity down on its knees.
We could have achieved the most amazing of things
But ended up like a rancid global disease.
