Although as a human being we may not conciously be aware, Mr Midnight, Sir Winston and myself over at the “Gilmours Nice Place” blog, believe that every soul travels the path it requires for its own experience (spiritual develpment). It is only human compassion to want to help those who suffer, and indeed that is a good attribute, but perhaps a soul chooses to take such a journey in this life and doesn´t really need the “meddling” of others. Kind regards and thank you for posting. 🙂
Perhaps that is true. Perhaps also they are there for you to learn from. Maybe there is synchronicity in their purpose as well as yours. There is a difference in meddling and enquiring about someone’s well being. I see no purpose in disconnecting from others when unification of spirits is more essential. But I take and value your point and will contemplate on it further. There are always messengers on our path who hold valuable information for us. When we ignore them we miss opportunities that may be of great help to us.
Every day when i go to my yoga or tai chi class there’s always a homeless guy that sleeps on the bench sometimes i just wonder where he goes a lot but at the same time there’s sometimes people who fake it all.
Yes I appreciate that. Hard to know. Hard to know how to act without feeling judgemental towards them. Maybe engaging with him and talking to him may give you that answer.
I think it is a problem I need to resolve, because again worrying they maybe hostile is another judgement we place on them. I see people talk to them often and they are fine. I think it is my domestication of avoiding contact with those I don’t know that holds me back from engaging. That is my problem. Perhaps one I need to resolve for my own spiritual development and growth.
