Mysterious as life may seem 

The one thing that’s clear to me,

Is truth can be found if you seek it

And can give your life real meaning,

Sometimes we have to stand up and be counted,

Sometimes we must trust our faith,

In knowing that we do the right thing

Always be prepared to stand your ground.

Know that, when you see wrong and choose to act

And not just sit back,

That you are achieving your purpose,

Know that, you are growing through life

Because sitting back and doing nothing

Cannot be described as living,

Dwelling in your comfort zone

Will one day see you stand alone,

Have courage enough to live

Even in times that are unknown,

For as you discover the truth you seek,

You will experience your  strength in life

That once saw you as passive and weak.
