We hurt, we cry,

We fight, we die,

In a world heading into oblivion,

Why can’t we love,

Why can’t we heal,

We don’t need to hate and live in fear,

Because if we unite

If we were just to try,

Do something different for a change,

Then maybe all the wars 

and maybe all the death,

Will simply come to and end.

But you’re too into money

And materialist things,

To ever understand,

Or ever start listening.

We hurt, we cry

In a world heading into oblivion,

Why can’t we love,

Why can’t we heal,

We don’t need to hate and live in fear,

Just express your love,

That is good enough,

Show it to you fellow man,

Unconditional and emotional,

Let people see how they effect you 

Be vunrable, exposed to all

And keep faith they will love you too,

Because there is to little love,

And to little peace now

And I think it is about time this changed.
