Some focus on monetary things

Others focus of the needs of humanity,

Some feel finance is of key importance

Others feel suffering in poverty is wrong,

I have to say I do not understand

How anybody can put money over man,

Weigh it up and decide it’s more important

Somewhere along the line we lost our moral compass,

Life and those who live it should be more valued

Than the man made financial systems,

You can always print more money 

You can not replace lost lives,

Once they’re gone, they’re gone

Leaving behind such pain, misery and despair,

Money can’t repair or heal that,

Money causes misery,

You cannot buy happiness

For money is only temporary,

Memories created among people are everlasting

And can create a happiness that lives on, 

Long after the money has gone.
