We all need connections
People that we can turn too
At times of stress and worry
And so that we can be there for others
When they feel the same.
As humanity we need to do the same
Connect to together in a global way
And share our hopes and aspirations
Share our dreams be inspirations
Pull altogether uniting as one
Like a family we need to learn to tolerate and understand.
We are stronger when combined
When we are isolated we are weaker this is by design
As human beings we were born to be
Living in and building communities
The same as many other species
Who do this more efficiently
And as a result work more effectively
We need to learn from this
Then we can turn from this
Divisive society in which we live.
