Feel the precision

In every verse,

A tool to inspire

Which can cut like a knife,

Be impeccable with words

And use them right.

They can stir passion

Rile up hate,

Many times they are used the wrong way

And cause people so much hurt and pain,

Because they misunderstand

What it is you say.

Words are like poison

That you either eat or feed,

Words can condemn you or set you free,

Be precise and articulate in their use

For they can do bad as well as good.

People use them to inspire a cause

Other use them to convince us to fight their wars,

Many words are used to justify, unjustifiable laws.

Yet when you are impeccable with every word,

People listen and you will be heard

And you will have an audience you deserve,

Because they will hear the wisdom in every verse.
