Feel the heat bearing down
Condensation all around,
Reflected sun rays dazzles my eyes,
In this greenhouse world and life.
Vegetation grows so strong
Plants they thrive,
And I move among them,
The heat makes me perspire
I am soaked in my sweat,
In this greenhouse world and life.
There seems no end to this heat,
It seems as though there is no relief,
The heat bears down, as does the sun
No release for anyone,
In among the vegetation,
With verdant greens
And the exotic plants
That have grown from seed,
Its like a paradise,
An Eden here
But I am suffocating,
And death feels near,
In a greenhouse world and life
In paradise I die,
From the heat that won’t subside
Under the hot sun rays that burn like a hot knife,
Searing my flesh
In this greenhouse world and life.
