I see a man

he is dressed in rags

Does that define who he is?

I see a man with a different colour skin

Does that make him any different from me?

The answer is no

so why are people so concerned with looks?

I see a poor man struggling to get by, should we judge?

I see a rich man in his fancy suit and big cigar

Should we condemn him without knowing about his success?

The answer is no

why are people so ready to judge.

I see a wise man and I listen to his tales with awe

Others see him don’t listen to him and just decide he is crazy

I see a blind man and feel sad how his life must be so dark

Yet in his mind and his consciouness

He sees more than we ever will so should we feel sad?

the answer is no

Why do we act and perceive so?

I just don’t know.

I see a soldier a hero to some a murder to others

Who really knows, what’s in a man’s soul when he’s fighting wars

Should we condemn his actions for doing what he sees as his duty?

I see a terrorist is or is he a freedom fighter

Can you define his role?

Do we really know enough to hate him so?

The answer is no

let he who is without sin cast the first stone

I just don’t know,

We can’t all just love each other and accept who and what we are

and live as one in unity and peace with no holds barred.
