Don’t look back

Have you ever felt the sensation

Walking down a corridor or a hallway

That there is something watching you

And the hairs on your neck prickle

It feels like it’s malevolent

But your not quite sure

But you’re to fearful too turn around

To see if there’s someone peering out of doors

Or racing up behind you

To strip away your soul

Something that’s primordial, an ancient beast from days of old.
