Kindness is not something that can be faked
If it’s not within you then there’s nothing you can do or say
To redeem the day unless you decide to change
And learn to appreciate people for who and what they are.
Kindness is an act of respect and decency
It’s a feeling that set your heart, soul and spirit free
There’s nothing better than
Knowing you’ve helped someone
Or just acted towards them with compassion.
Kindness is and act of true of goodness
It can’t be manufactured it must be grown within
Kindness stems from love
Its sublime and if you feel it you can’t get enough
So carry out an act of kindness every day.
