Negativity lives within us like a virus
Hate and violence resides within like a parasite
Fear and guilt dwell deep like an illness
It’s up to us to heal ourselves
Up to us to find cure
Shine and connect with love and light
Find your inner compassion, bliss and peace
And be the best person you can be.
I am currently doing a parasite cleanse. My body overrun, was shutting down and western docs didn’t have solutions. Gotta heal myself before I can heal others it seems. Love this writing!
