Not weak in the face

Of adversity,

Be still

Be calm,

Be centered

Do no harm,

Heal and be kind

Leave hate

And anger behind,

Be open minded

Open eyes,

Distractions

Leave you blind,

Be truth

Be belief,

Be the spiritual released.
