The rush of adrenaline

Courses through our veins

To our emotions we are the pray

And if left out of control

They can drive us insane

Emotions flood chemicals

Into our brains

Make us act in deviant ways

Cause us to act rather strange

Effects the way we behave

To our emotions we are slaves

Unless we mindfully train

The mind, the heart and the soul

And drag yourself out of the hole

And ensures the negativity dissolves

As the toxic drama no longer flows.
