I see no point in love without commitment

Without a connection between two souls

If the isn’t in it and its just about the sex

Well I find that to be very hollow

I’ve never been the one for a one night thing

Is doesn’t satisfy or sate anything

Leaves you feeling so unfulfilled

And I feel that way still

I need deep spiritual and soulful connections

I need intensity and a yearning that is deep

That burns like an incandescent twin flame

That lights my conscious way

To higher levels of frequency

Some say I don’t need to love so deep

But that’s the only way it works for me

I don’t seek anything that feels somehow cheap.
