We are the architects of our own lives
And we can define what’s wrong and right
Manifesting life in a giving way
Instead of grasping all you can get
Afraid to let any of it go
There is more joy in giving
Than just simply taking
More joy in sharing and caring
There is nothing satisfying in greed and jealousy
But I only crave what I need
That’s enough for me
I don’t require anything else
Which is just as well
Because I’ve never known any wealth
And its not messed with my mental health
I am fine living my life
In my own time.
