We see the treachery of humanity

We feel it and we see it in everything

How despite the wish we have for earth’s beauty

We see it viciously destroyed

By greed governments and corporations acting in our name

That shame is ours as we stand by

As the exploit and rape this earth

Of everything that it is worth

In the pursuit of money, power and greed

Eliminating anything of beauty

For these monsters have no heart, no soul, no conscience

No eyes to see or behold the beauty

For they are corrupt and they are ugly

To these people our earth means nothing

This home of ours, this place called Eden

Leaving our planet damaged and bleeding.
