I am deep and dark
I am just a spark
That’s struggling to ignite,
I am acquainted with fear and pain
I am lost and insane
Yet frequently I burn just like a flame
And constantly it burns in my brain,
Leaving me to seek new ways
To find myself as well as my mental health
In these shadow realms cards have all been dealt.
Insomnia and solitude
Darkness leave me so confused
This is how we soon find the answers within.
