So many people thinking that rising upwards in life means treading on those you perceive to be below you. Truth is we are equal and as such we should afford them the respect of not using them as a foot up, a step ladder to success. If you need to do this, then the chances are your success is being built off of the strength and hard work of others. True talent will rise up to the surface without exploiting or treading on others, success will come to those who attract it through work and dedication. Nothing good comes easy, you need to keep going even when you feel like giving up. Success comes to those who refuse to fail, who do not see it as an option, who refuse to give up and have no doubt that they will succeed. It’s about mindset and mental strength, respecting others and doing if for yourself by yourself and in total belief that you can.
