I am grounded

In the love of humanity

I am grounded

By nature and all its beauty

I am grounded

When I stare out at the sea

I never take for granted the air that I breathe

Or the fact that being grounded and rooted in belief

Means I have happy life

Which I live peacefully

Through being grounded

I feel the earth beneath my feet

And that’s when I realise that I am totally complete

Because of my own authenticity.
